The Optolong L-Pro (L-Professional) is a multi-bandpass filter designed for astrophotography, specifically to suppress light pollution. It effectively blocks emissions from mercury vapor lamps, sodium vapor lights, and skyglow, while enhancing major nebula emissions. This filter offers excellent color balance and allows for imaging objects with wide emission spectra, such as galaxies, with minimal color cast.
